Co2(SO4)3 is a blueish green crystal. Its melting point is 35 ̊C (95 ̊F). Co2(SO4)3 decomposes at its melting point, and will be decomposed in water too. Co2(SO4)3 is a strong oxiding agent.

Example Reactions:
• 2CoBr3 + 3CaSO4 = 3CaBr2 + Co2(SO4)3
• 3H2SO4 + 2Co(OH)3 = 6H2O + Co2(SO4)3
• Co2(SO4)3 + 6LiNO3 = 2Co(NO3)3 + 3Li2SO4
• Co2(SO4)3 + 3Pb(C2H3O2)2 = 3PbSO4 + 2Co(C2H3O2)3
• 2Co(NO3)3 + 3H2SO4 = Co2(SO4)3 + 6HNO3
• Co2(SO4)3 + 6KOH = 2Co(OH)3 + 3K2SO4
• Co2(SO4)3 + 6NH4OH = 2Co(OH)3 + 3(NH4)2SO4
• 2Co(NO3)3 + 3Na2SO4 = Co2(SO4)3 + 6NaNO3
