String is can be treated as a list of characters:

Search for substring:
>>> x = 'EndMemo Python Tutorial'
>>> 'P' in x
True
>>> 'x' not in x
True
String concatenation use "+", "+=" operators or join() Method.

split() method divide a string based on specified separator.
