NaHCO3 is a white powder at room temperature. It is soluble in water. Its melting point is 1564 ̊C (2847.2 ̊F), density 2.2 g/cm3. NaHCO3 is naturally exist in mineral nahcolite. It can be used as a cleaning agent and in baking bread.
